About me

Shonda Holland is the Licensee in Charge of North Coast Lifestyle Properties at both Brunswick Heads & Cabarita Beach. She is also the Office and Property Management Manager at both locations.

Shonda commenced her real estate career in 1991 starting out as a real estate receptionist with Professionals Real Estate at Kingscliff.

Through continued studies, Shonda worked her way up to Property Officer & then Property Manager, working in real estate agencies in Kingscliff, Banora Point, Coolangatta &, Murwillumbah before making the decision to join the team at North Coast Lifestyle Properties in 2014.

With a career spanning over 30 years in Real Estate, it’s both her knowledge & attention to detail which assures her clients that they are getting the best possible service for their properties.
